Custom-Manufactured Products

At Zenstudioer, all our blinds and curtains are custom-manufactured to your exact specifications, including measurements, fabric selections, colors, and design preferences. Due to the bespoke nature of our products, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds on custom-made window treatments once production has commenced.

Order Confirmation Process

Before we begin manufacturing your custom window treatments, we provide detailed specifications for your review and approval. This includes precise measurements, fabric samples, color selections, and design details. We strongly encourage you to carefully review all information before confirming your order.

Once you approve the specifications and production begins, the order becomes final and cannot be cancelled or modified.

Manufacturing Defects

If your custom blinds or curtains arrive with a manufacturing defect or damage that occurred during production or shipping, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will assess the issue and, if confirmed as a manufacturing defect, we will repair or replace the affected items at no additional cost to you.

Manufacturing defects include issues such as faulty mechanisms, incorrect measurements on our part, fabric flaws, or construction errors. Normal wear and tear, damage caused by improper installation or use, or changes in fabric appearance due to sunlight exposure are not considered manufacturing defects.

Measurement Verification

We offer professional measurement services to ensure accuracy. If you choose to provide your own measurements, please note that we cannot accept responsibility for products that do not fit due to measurement errors. We recommend using our professional measurement service to guarantee a perfect fit.

Damaged Shipments

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If the packaging appears damaged or if you discover damage to the products upon opening, please document the damage with photographs and contact us within 48 hours. We will work with you and the shipping carrier to resolve the issue promptly.

Warranty

Our custom window treatments come with a limited warranty covering manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. The warranty period and specific terms will be provided with your order. This warranty does not cover damage from improper use, installation, or maintenance.

Color and Fabric Variations

We make every effort to display fabric colors and textures accurately on our website and in our samples. However, please note that colors may appear differently on various screens and in different lighting conditions. We recommend reviewing physical fabric samples before making your final selection.

Slight variations in color or texture between fabric samples and the final product may occur due to dye lot differences and are not considered defects.
